1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Potrips services — including this website, WhatsApp inquiries, and bookings — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from Potrips and payment of the required deposit. Bookings made through the website are treated as inquiries until confirmed by our team via WhatsApp or email.

3. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary based on season, availability, and group size. Final prices are confirmed at the time of booking. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation Policy

• 7+ days before travel: Full refund of deposit
• 3–6 days before travel: 50% refund of deposit
• Less than 72 hours: No refund
• No-shows: No refund

Potrips reserves the right to cancel trips due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

5. Liability

Potrips acts as a travel coordinator and is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or additional expenses that may occur during travel. Participants undertake activities at their own risk. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all trips.

6. Changes to Itinerary

Potrips reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or operational reasons. We will always endeavour to provide the best alternative arrangements at no additional cost.
